1. Premium Purchase
The applicable premium price is displayed before payment. Premium access is intended to unlock the selected paid digital biodata download or service after successful payment verification.
2. Cancellation
Since VivahBio provides digital services and downloadable content, an order may generally be cancelled only before the paid digital service has been successfully delivered or accessed.
Once the premium download or digital service has been unlocked, cancellation may not be available.
3. Refunds
Refund requests may be considered in genuine cases, including duplicate payments, an amount charged incorrectly, or a verified technical issue that prevents delivery of the purchased service.
4. Refund Eligibility

7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the original payment method or another appropriate method as permitted by the payment process.
The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the bank, payment provider, or payment method used.
